Currently, there is no specific data on plant-based women, but it is known that healthcare providers typically do not receive extensive training in nutrition.
The Cookbook & Meal Planner was created because many women asked me about the items in my shopping cart. Plant-based cooking has been portrayed as more difficult than it actually is on social media and the internet. Many women who could benefit from a plant-based approach are deterred by the complexity of these exaggerated methods. Additionally, the abundance of choices can make it challenging to figure out what you really need.
I decided to start with a cookbook and meal planner instead of a book solely about perimenopause and menopause.
